About Me

Hello!

I’m Sherri. The founder of The Unprocessed Truth, and my approach to wellness is rooted in something I’ve learned both personally and professionally: feeling better isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about learning what actually supports you.

My own path to wellness hasn’t been linear. I’ve experienced major life changes, rebuilt parts of myself more than once, and learned firsthand that taking care of ourselves goes far beyond what we eat or how often we exercise. It’s also about how we handle stress, what we consume, the environments we spend time in, the people we surround ourselves with, and whether we ever give ourselves permission to slow down.

Over the years, my work has evolved right alongside me.

Today, The Unprocessed Truth brings together nutrition, movement, nervous system support, mindfulness, and intuitive practices to create a more whole-person approach to wellness.

As a holistic nutrition specialist and yoga teacher, I love helping people understand food, movement, and sustainable lifestyle habits without restriction, extremes, or perfection. As a sound healer and intuitive practitioner, I also believe there is tremendous value in slowing down, turning inward, and creating space to reconnect with yourself.

That’s why my work now lives within three areas: Nourish, Restore & Reflect — different ways to support the body, nervous system, mind, and self.

There is no single version of wellness that works for everyone. My approach is practical, personal, and adaptable. Sometimes you need education and structure. Sometimes you need rest. Sometimes you need space to reflect and hear yourself a little more clearly.
